Capital is Energy | Part Three | Heart Coherence as Source of Abundance

Written by Constance de Wavrin, Founder & CEO of In|Flow

It takes six breaths a minute for our nervous system to drop into heart-centred coherence*.

At In|Flow, we work with capital and we also work on the human heart, learning to love, learning to be mindful, learning to resource mindfully, learning to think in more expansive terms. Every single minute we learn to tune ourselves to source through how we breathe and how we move through the world, and the more we attune to it, the more it becomes habitual.

Every heart-coherent breath we take creates a magnetic field to operate on.

Coherent field states generated by conscious breathing literally organizes chaos into order, not just in human consciousness, but in the physical world itself. This is why environmental healing through consciousness is not just possible, it's inevitable. The premise goes that, when enough people learn to breathe from coherent states, we'll begin seeing spontaneous healing in ecosystems, unexpected resolutions to seemingly intractable conflicts, and breakthrough solutions emerging from the collective field of human consciousness.

Through personal practice, we empower ourselves to change the way we interact with reality.

Personal practice makes you part of the solution to humanity's greatest challenges. Every breath you take from full consciousness contributes to the healing of our species and our planet. This is the true meaning of service. Not just helping individuals, but participating in the elevation of consciousness itself.

The beautiful aspect of understanding your breath field is recognizing how connected we all truly are. You're not just an isolated individual trying to improve your own life. You're part of a vast consciousness web. Every breath you take with awareness contributes to the overall field of peace and possibility on this planet.

Spontaneous energetic alignment organically synchronizes our thoughts, emotions, and nervous system with our deeper purpose.

This influence isn't something you need to think about or manage. It happens naturally when you focus on aligning your own inner being. The field responds to authenticity, not performance. When you breathe from a genuine place of true alignment with your values, you no longer perform, you touch reality in its literal immediacy and this creates the most pertinent, most needed connection in that instant, and this puts you effortlessly in flow.

The Joy we derive from Flow.

Joy is one of the surest signs that the power of heart coherence is at play as joy always delivers abundance.

Some people never feel like they're working hard because they also learn to work with joy. When we find flow, we are so absorbed that we lose track of time. We are literally in love with what we do. We move closer to realising our full potential and there is nothing the universe responds to more fully than the truest expression of a sentient being’s potentiality. Expressed potential emits and receives the highest vibrational frequency.

In Indonesia, "Terima kasih" is the standard phrase for "thank you" in Indonesian and Malay, literally translating to "receive love" (terima = to receive/accept, kasih = love/give). It represents a deep, polite expression of gratitude, acknowledging kindness or help received with a warm heart. This is the perfect expression of giving and receiving being reciprocated and in perfect attunement.

Appreciation and gratitude are considered among the highest vibrational frequencies one can cultivate. Consciously acknowledging positive things to shift energy, rewire the mind for abundance, and aid manifestation.

Heart coherence as a gateway to abundance

How do we vibrate with abundance? The sages say our energetic vibration is created one moment at a time, suggesting there's not one moment of our life in which we are not creating our own destiny. Every minute influences the next minute, and the next minute influences the next one. The effect is cumulative, not unlike the magic of compound interest.

The greatest act of love is to accept to seize the moment and drop into stillness. It takes six breaths a minute for our nervous system to drop into heart-centred coherence. By giving ourselves this moment of reverence, magic and oneness, we contribute our quantum share of healing and light to the world.

And as chemistry Nobel Prize winner Ilya Prigogine said: “when a complex system is far from equilibrium, it is the small islands of coherence that have the capacity to shift the entire system to a higher order”.

*While HeartMath coined the specific terminology “Heart Coherence”, the broader technique is often referred to as "Coherent Breathing" or "Resonance Breathing". It was popularized globally by practitioners like Stephen Elliot (who coined the term Coherent Breathing) and Dr. David O’Hare (who developed the widely known "365 Cardiac Coherence method")
