Angela Frydenger
Chief Coherence Officer
I am a systems thinker and bridge-builder dedicated to designing the conditions for deep transformation. With a master’s degree in Integral Theory and a background in marketing, I work at the intersection of cultural evolution, ecological regeneration, and economic redesign. My approach integrates inner development and outer systems change—supporting the emergence of new narratives, structures, and strategies that meet today’s most complex global challenges.
As Chief Coherence Officer at In|Flow, I create containers for collaborative inquiry, helping diverse stakeholders uncover leverage points, align across worldviews, and catalysing bold, iterative action. My work weaves together regenerative business design, bioregional organising, and global leadership development—always oriented toward coherence, resilience, and the long-term well-being of people and planet.
As the Founder of WeCohere, I am currently developing CARE (Coherent Alliance to Regenerate Earth), a nonprofit think tank, and the Regenerative Commerce Fund, a for-profit venture studio—two synergistic entities designed to incubate, fund, and scale regenerative economic ecosystems. Through these efforts, I seek to scaffold a new generation of leadership and enterprise capable of holding complexity, nurturing coherence, and stewarding systemic transformation at scale.
