The G100 project is a non-profit organisation dedicated to assisting professional women across all industries and 100 different nations, both nationally and internationally. Together we explore how finance, investment, diplomacy and leadership can empower globally through the G100 Mission initiative.
G100 is a group created by 100 professional women at the peak of their careers (including Nobel Laureates) geared to generate opportunities for women around the world, in their respective fields. The goal is to offer women across sectors a voice, allowing them to express themselves and feel involved in a variety of projects, from the simplest to the most sophisticated. The foundational belief is that with ample visibility and adequate support from and to “like-minded” women, we can ignite profound change.
The Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures (TISFD) was launched in 2025 and Constance is an active TISFD Alliance Member contributing inputs to the Framework.
Private sector management of human rights and social issues drive financial risks and opportunities. Companies can, for instance, reduce operational and legal costs by avoiding community conflicts and appropriately managing private data. Company performance can be improved through diversity and inclusion measures and promote satisfaction in the workplace. Investors are also exposed to systemic risks as widening economic inequality has led to more volatile economic conditions and political polarisation, affecting global markets. Investors need meaningful data to manage these risks and opportunities.
The objective of the Task Force is to develop, a global framework for inequality and social-related issues, followed by recommendations on financial disclosures for companies and investors to communicate on impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
